Krysten joined the team at Butlers in 2019, having previously worked at small and medium sized Perth law firms.
Krysten graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Human Resource Management) in 2014. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law Australia, which she completed in 2015.
Krysten was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2016 and entered onto the Roll of Practitioners at the High Court of Australia in 2018.
Krysten has a strong interest in Wills and Estates, which is her primary area of practice at Butlers. She has experience in preparing simple and complex Wills, testamentary trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship and Advance Health Directives and provides general estate planning advice. Krysten also prepares applications for Probate and Letters of Administration and attends to the administration of deceased estates.
In addition, Krysten has a variety of experience in family law, property law and conveyancing which complements her ability to advise clients in relation to their estate planning and deceased estate administration needs.
Krysten is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia and an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
