Briannen is a lawyer at Butlers Lawyers who practices in criminal, restraining order, and family law matters. Briannen was admitted to practice in November 2018 after graduating from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Criminology. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from ANU and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law.

Prior to joining Butlers, Briannen worked in the Community Legal Service sector at the Street Law Centre and provided legal advice to individuals who were homeless or at risk of homelessness. Briannen has also worked previously in a small generalist practice providing legal advice on an array of matters.

Briannen completed her practical legal training with the Piddington Society and organized her placement at Fremantle Community Legal Centre prior to working as a Registrar’s Associate at the Supreme Court of WA.

Briannen is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, the Law Society of Western Australia, and the Piddington Society.
