REFUND POLICY


 
Faulty Merchandise / Refund Policy
Any faulty merchandise may be returned in its entirety within 14 days of delivery and a full refund will be issued.
 
Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt number will be required for all refunds. 
 
The purchaser must pay for return postage & handling charges.  This will not be refunded.  Only the cost of the faulty merchandise will be refunded. 
 
All purchases made in Australia will be subject to GST, and all prices listed are inclusive of GST.
 
Electronic Downloads
If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, you can use your account and password to begin the downloading process again. Once you complete your order, you will receive a separate email acknowledgment that provides information about your purchase.
