EXPLANATION OF FEES

Should you wish to retain us, we will provide you with a Letter of Engagement and Schedule of our Charges for your consideration, which we will require to be signed and returned, prior to us commencing work on your matter.

We advise that our charges for all legal work (including the first appointment on you) depend on the time actually spent by us on your behalf.  This includes the time spent on telephone and personal attendances on you, the time spent advising, reviewing and drafting any necessary documents, and time spent dealing with any other person on your behalf.
