COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• In order for you to qualify to enter the draw, you must instruct us to complete your Last Will and Testament prior to 29 November 2009.
• No account must be outstanding as at the closing date of the draw.
• One entry per Will will be submitted.
• Accommodation and package is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
• Winner will be notified, and confidentiality will be maintained unless otherwise expressly agreed by you.
• Results are final, and Butlers reserves the rights to alter these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
