At Butlers we believe in the 4 Principles of The Fish Philosophy - Choose Your Attitude, Have Fun, Make Someone's Day and Be Present. 

Made famous by the Pike Place Fish Market in Seattle, The Fish Philosophy is designed the make the workplace a more fun, supportive, enjoyable environment in which to spend your working hours. 

We have a committee of several Team members who ensure that our Team enjoy coming to work each day.  We regularly attend events outside of working hours including bowling, and many different eating events, so that our families can relate to the people with whom we spend so much of our day with.  We also donate regularly to various Charities to help support the community which supports us.  We also run regular competitions to reward our valued clients.

We believe that the bond we have between our Team members, assists us to be the "Personal" law firm that we are.
