EILEEN CULLEN Eileen Cullen, a U.S. Attorney, was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.  She obtained her law degree from the University of Santa Clara in California and has practised law for over 19 years, 13 of them in Western Australia. Her main areas of practice are Wills & Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning. Prior to moving to Western Australia Eileen worked for a financial planning company, then a subsidiary of American Express, in the areas of income tax and estate planning, retirement and investment planning.  Clients assisted were generally Fortune 500 corporation executives.
